Supply of parts
Vitec Videocom shall take reasonable measures to maintain the availability of the most commonly used parts for this programme. However, Vitec Videocom cannot be held responsible for parts that become unavailable before the end of this programme.
In the event that any parts required for the customer’s equipment have become obsolete or superseded or are otherwise unavailable, Vitec Videocom shall attempt to replace defective parts with replacement parts but shall not be required to do so if in Vitec Videocom sole opinion such replacement is inappropriate or infeasible for any reason including safety, operations or economic.
