NEW Series 200 & PCS-125 - The next generation AutoCam™ Controllers from Vinten.

01/09/2003

With the capacity to control up to 32cameras, the new Series 200 controllers with scaleable architecture, allows Multi-user, MULTI-FACILITY control of pedestals, heads, elevation units, tracks, and other exciting devices (planned for future release).

Microsoft Windows™ and real time OS technology make the enhanced operational features and expansive system architecture possible. This ensures that the system is compatible with all current and many obsolete AutoCam™ products, and enables a facility to introduce networking and utilise many of its existing devices. The Windows™ based touch screen user interface utilises TCP/IP network architecture, allowing complete freedom to control one or more devices from one or many locations, either in the next room or on the other side of the world. The scalable system architecture enables a facility to purchase equipment to suit their current needs, leaving them secure in the knowledge that they can add to the system with hardware and software upgrades, extra robotic heads and pedestals etc., providing additional features and functionality, as they grow.

The new PCS-125 controller is an entry level single camera mobile software control solution for any Windows ™ based PC or laptop. PCS-125 is a cost-effective solution that can be used to control any current AutoCam™ pan and tilt head from any location. Utilising the industry standard RS422/232 communication protocol, the user can control the camera, lens and device motion for quality performance from any location.
