Camera Control Unit
The Vinten Radamec CCU is an enhancement to the existing VRC control system to adjust the CCU or scene settings for specific cameras.
Camera control functions are typically controlled remotely via the camera manufacturers' CCU unit which is independent from the robotics. However, Vinten Radamec has added robotics and CCU functionality to its HDVRC control system to enable single operator control of both these functions. This maintains both the quality and consistency of the pictures.
Each unit has an interface to the camera which can be serial or Ethernet, dependent on the required inputs of the camera.
